Here we will try to help you decide to become a member of our newest programs to help you and help us! We're sure that there are going to be a good number of questions, and we'll be updating our FAQ regularly to update to the most asked questions.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I become a member?

Become a member of Emerald Rewards just by making a purchase at Christopher’s! You can become a member of Sapphire Circle two ways— by purchasing at a gemstone roundtable or by creating a custom design with Christopher M. Jupp.

Can I move from Emerald Reward to Sapphire Circle?

Yes. If you purchase something at a gemstone roundtable or create a custom design with Christopher M. Jupp you will be automatically moved into the Sapphire Circle, and any points will automatically transfer.

Do points roll over?

No— points expire each year on August 31 and do not roll over.

What if I’m in the store to buy something and I forget my card?

We can verify your points online at the time of purchase and automatically update your account.

Will you be sharing my information from the Data Card with anyone else?

No, your information is safe with us— we only use it to contact you about store business.

Why should I give you my email?

Christopher’s often runs special promotions, some of which we only advertise via email. Without the ability to contact you, you’ll miss out on some special events and sales promotions. However, Christopher’s will not share your email address with any other party.

Why should I tell you my birthday, anniversary or favorite gemstone?

We like to keep our customer’s interests in mind. Letting you know about special promotions on specific gemstones that you like, or personalized discounts emailed to you prior to an upcoming anniversary or birthday, are just some of the special ways we would like to take care of our customers.

How do I track my points?

Track points by asking in the store or check online.

How do I earn points?

The points you earn are worth $5.00 off of a purchase per 100 points you attain.

Christopher’s website is down. Can I still track my points?

If for any reason you need to check your points at home and our website is down, you can also go directly to the tracking system we are using.

What if I lose my card?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen cards. Please contact us immediately so we can make arrangements to issue you a new card.
